Purenviron®

Purenviron® stands for "Purify the environment" and that's what it does.  It is a fully  patented system. It filters out almost all road and traffic pollution. When it rains all pollution that settles on the road surface will flow into the Purenviron® basin. Also, when it rains, the vegetation in the CO2Wall will be washed clean and thus the heavy metals, particulate matter and all other pollution will be washed into the basin.

Once the dirty water is in the wastewater compartment of the basin, an AI-controlled patented filter and irrigation system ensures that all hazardous and harmful substances are filtered out of the water. This water then goes to the sealed clean water compartment where it is stored for later applications.

The system is also prepared for weather extremes. All over the world, extreme weather is causing  large amounts of rain, floods and or long droughts. Due to the large recesses on the road surface sides of the system, the water that cannot be drained through the usual channels during heavy rainfall, enters the waste water basin directly through the trenches.

With a capacity of approximately 12,000,000 litres of water per kilometers, the standard version allows us to buffer and purify the precipitation of an entire year. Flooding , due to extreme weather,  or Cloud seeding,  can then be prevented in most cases. Further, the water can be used again in periods of droughts

Just like with the CO2Wall system, the entire process from irrigation to filtration can be monitored remotely via an open source technology and adjusted as needed, and we are also experimenting with an artificial intelligent control, which will then take into account weather forecasts, traffic intensity and seasons. It will adjust the filter cycle accordingly, since the system normally only works at 30% of its power, the system can temporarily switch on and purify more water, creating more space in the wastewater compartment for a period of heavy long-term precipitation, for example.

A lot of technology and yet completely CO2 neutral, all the power the system needs comes from the solar panels present on the system with associated storage batteries. For example, the solar panels produce approximately 312,800 KWh per kilometre per year. This green electricity can be used for many other purposes along the motorway. Due to the open source data and 5G connection, the Purenviron® system lends itself perfectly to all kinds of future applications that can easily be mounted on the construction.
